Swimming! Yea!!

Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Laura have a pool now and they invited us over to take a dip! The big and little kids thoroughly enjoyed it! I was a little surprised the kids did so well since they hadn't ever been in a large pool before but they adapted very quickly. J on the other hand will be sticking to the mini pool-he screamed the entire time he was in...the only body of water he will not scream in is the little pool. And yes that means he hates baths and screams the entire time he is in the tub which makes for a very "unfun" bathtime for all of us.

This Past Week

The kids had VBS this past week up at Churchill. A ton of kids go but the churches do such a super job and the kids LOVE it! This was F's first year and he did really well. He even went and sang up front on Sunday all by himself (M is going through a very shy phase right now). It was so special to see him up there! You will have to excuse the alien eyes...

At the end of the week Papa and Grammie were here and were so much fun to have!

Our new fence

Justin has a long "to-do" list for this summer. One of the big projects was putting up a fence on the north side of our yard. Our good friend Ryan was a willing helper (and many thanks to his pregnant wife and four children who lent him to us for the weekend) and so it is finished already! Yay!!

They did a great job and one thing is crossed off the list!!
